Service

Nocturnal helps you manage software projects, run AI agents, review changes, and use connected development services. Your account connects saved workspace information, cloud chats, and supported devices.

Subscription, general usage, and future pricing

The current offer is one month free, then $5 USD per user per month. AI-provider subscriptions and usage charges are separate. The Nocturnal plan covers general project work, account sync, and collaboration. It is not an unlimited cloud-storage, image-upload, bandwidth, or bulk-processing service.

We may introduce published usage allowances, additional packages, or different pricing for high-volume uploads, extended storage, unusually intensive usage, or new services. If your usage materially exceeds what the current plan can support, we will explain the issue and available options. We may apply reasonable limits to protect service availability.

We may change prices or packages in the future. For existing subscribers, we will give at least 30 days’ advance notice of a price increase or material reduction in the paid service, or longer where applicable law requires it. Changes apply prospectively, not to an already-paid period. You may cancel before the change takes effect. We will not add an overage charge or move you to a more expensive package without your agreement. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Your accounts and content

You must own or have permission to operate every account you connect. You remain responsible for content you submit or publish, including its accuracy, legality, rights, and compliance with each platform’s rules.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nocturnal for unlawful activity, deception, harassment, spam, unauthorized access, infringement, or attempts to evade platform safeguards. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.

Connected platforms

GitHub, AI providers, deployment services, and other integrations are governed by their own terms. Their availability and decisions are outside Nocturnal’s control. You may disconnect an integration or revoke its authorization at any time.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, Nocturnal is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, third-party platform actions, or content published under your authorization.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. We may update these terms as the service evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
